Sarah Goodworth, MSW, LCSW
Sarah Goodworth, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker who received her Bachelors degree in Social Worker at Loras College and her Masters in Social Work at St. Ambrose University. Sarah began her career as a school social worker in a therapeutic day school supporting individuals aged 0-21. After moving to the Chicagoland area, Sarah transitioned into the healthcare setting where she intervened in crisis situations and linked community members to resources in a large hospital system. Sarah’s career has provided her the ability to work with many diverse backgrounds including children and their families, caregivers, older adults, individuals living with chronic health needs and veterans. Sarah spent several years volunteering for a local service organization providing crisis counseling and case management services. Sarah’s holistic approach to care helps her provide innovative evidenced based support.
Sarah supports individuals 18 years of age and older.
